To allow for more scale in new customer reach, Group 8A recognized the need to first optimize for a better user experience on the website. Accordingly, we worked on data-based conversion optimization, including:


Roll out of monthly campaigns and promotional calendars with regular site deals, emails, and text messages focused on consumer retention and building life time value with new and existing customers.

Addition of stronger on-site content including product focused video on product pages.

Recommendations of merchandising techniques such as inventory management and introduction of new SKUs to the FitNation’s website with the intention of ensuring FitNation kept key items in stock while expanding the product line.


With the increased conversion rate our team was able to focus next phase efforts on driving qualified website traffic through targeted Facebook, Instagram and Google advertising.

Within these campaigns we tested multiple audiences (including lookalikes and interest-based audiences) and multiple messaging (product focused, at-home benefits etc.).
